Hey everyone,
During my school trip to Malta, we got invited to visit the MSC Seaview, one of the larger cruise ships in the company.
In the morning I went down to the breakfast buffet of our hotel and got a healthy breakfast, afterwards I got ready and met everyone in the lobby at 9:30a.m. We walked to the bus station since we were using public transport to get to the harbour. The ride to Valletta took around 40 minutes and then we walked an additional 15 minutes to the ship. Once we got there we were greeted by some staff members outside of the cruise ship. Before getting aboard we had to do a Covid test, with all tests negative, we entered the Seaview where we met our guide.
Right at entering we were on deck four. The ship has 20 decks but 19 when counting, since it is an Italian ship, it doesn’t have a deck 17 because the number 17 is considered bad luck.
Walking further into the cruise ship, there was a hallway with pictures and further on a huge lobby with really shiny stairs. Walking up there was a big chocolate station with very neatly molded chocolate. The guide then showed us the inside of the ship. We then walked into a small meeting room for taking pictures and asking further questions. Since it was around 1p.m. already, the company invited us for lunch on the cruise ship. They had a good selection of food and it was very delicious.
Well, that´s all from my part. What do you think? Would you also like to visit a cruise ship like this?
