In this blog I’m going to tell you how our class trip to Malta went. Specifically, what we did from Tuesday morning till 1:00 p.m. because my classmates are writing about the other days and times.
We all woke up at around 8:00 a.m. a little bit exhausted from the day before. Most of us went to the phenomenal breakfast at our hotel, which is named The District Hotel, located in the center of St. Julian’s.
At 9.45 a.m. we finally met in front of The District Hotel for our meetup, but my roommate Maxi sadly had got ill because of the flight and couldn’t go with us. A few minutes later we went to Valletta by bus with a tour guide. During the bus ride she told us about the very interesting history of Malta. After the informatory “lesson” we were taken around by boat and saw the two most important docs near us. After the first few minutes we saw a huge yacht; by using Google we found out that this yacht is owned by the Arabian royal family. It was a very interesting trip for all the participants.
+Fun fact: During the boating excursion along the coast we saw a crane used to build big ships, which was painted like a giraffe.
I could write much more about this amazing trip, but it would break the mould of one singular blog due to it being only a small percentage of what we experienced along the way. If you enjoyed reading my blog, be sure to comment your similar experiences below.
