After one week in Malta we had to go back to Austria again. I want to tell you how our last afternoon was.
As our plane took off in the evening, we had nearly the whole day to do whatever we wanted. Some of us went to the Aquarium with our teacher, others didn‘t.
I went with some friends to eat sushi and burger. After we had eaten something, we had some ice cream and went to the beach. After we had talked for a while, we decided to go back to the hotel where the meeting point was. Half of the class played UNO while we were waiting for the bus which would take us to the airport.
When we finally arrived at the airport we saw that the flight was delayed. We spent the waiting time doing different things. Some went to eat something other just sat somewhere and talked or listened to music. My highlight was that Leila played the piano.
After nearly two hours we could finally get on board and took off. Luckily, there weren’t any problems during the flight. After we had landed the stewardess wished us a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, which I found a little bit strange.
After all it was the best school trip I’ve ever had.
