September 27th, 1 a.m.
Today I will write about the first day of my trip to Malta.
I woke up at 6 a.m. and had breakfast. Afterwards we picked up Isabella from the railway station and then we drove to the airport. We were a bit stressed because of the traffic jam but we still arrived on time. Everything went as planned and we arrived in Malta at around 2 p.m.
Malta is beautiful but here it`s way hotter than in Austria. We took a bus to our hotel and checked in. The hotel is very nice and I share my room with Isabella and Katharina. After we had unpacked our suitcases, we took a little walk around St. Julian’s and went to the beach, where we went swimming and had some ice cream. There is also a shopping centre near the hotel where I bought some souvenirs for my sister and my parents.
At 7 p.m. the whole class met up for dinner. The food was delicious and we had much fun together. At 9 p.m. we went to the cinema and watched Avatar. I can highly recommend that movie. After that we went back to the hotel and now we are going to bed.
It was a pretty nice first day and we all had much fun.
